Welcome!!! My names Rachelle and I've been in the hair industry for 18 years now. Rock Paper Scissors has been my own little studio for the past 9 years, located in Sterling, Va. Along with my love for a good blonde and beachy wave, I spend most of my time outside the salon with my husband and 2 boys, a sweet old dog named Emma May and an unhealthy obsession with indoor plants and Burn Bootcamp. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me at Rock Paper Scissors, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. As a professional Hair Designer, my personal and professional income is based solely upon services provided to you, my clients. Arriving on time for your scheduled professional service insures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your services and the services of others as they arrive on schedule throughout the day. Please text 571-277-0545 if you are running late. If it's more than 15 minutes I will have to reschedule your appointment or if it is a multiple service appointment, do only one of those services as time permits.
***For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, I charge 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%. ***
